Therefore we proudly launched a partnership with Vlerick Business School, the number one business school that helps companies to power business and leap forward, with world-class programmes, cutting-edge insights and research. In short a partnership with Vlerick is an investment in the future of our Napoleonites which we are very happy to make.

After a first class piloted in 2021, Napoleon Sports & Casino has put together a similar Leadership program for a second group of Napoleonites. The Vlerick Leadership program is accessible for all employees in a people position, to lever knowledge based on four modules: People Skills, Finance, Customer Journey & Lead to Inspire.
