Sport Vlaanderen recognizes Napoleon as Sports Company

Napoleon Sports & Casino has received the label of Sports Company (Sportbedrijf) 2022-2023 from Sport Vlaanderen. This recognition from the Flemish government’s sports department highlights Napoleon’s commitment to investing in health, sports and exercise. About 70 companies in Flanders may carry this label.

Emilia Szwatro, Vitality Officer at Napoleon, accepted the award. “This gives us great pleasure. We put a lot of effort into vitality at Napoleon. Not only do we participate together in soccer tournaments, cycling trips, darts events or other Viking Runs, but we are also committed work around  healthy eating, habit coaching, corporate yoga and so on. This gives us extra motivation to engage even more colleagues into this story.”

Christoph Caluwé (Sport Vlaanderen): “Napoleon had a particularly convincing case and makes clear investments in the health of its employees. Napoleon’s commitment and approach is very broad and this label is definitely deserved. We are eager to hear about new creative projects and we are happy to offer our help to inspire as well.
