Last Thursday, Napoleon Sports & Casino welcomed the young HR professionals from #ZigZagHR NXT for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at our iconic Grand Casino Knokke. The group enjoyed not only a unique tour but also an in-depth look at how we, as an organisation, approach challenges related to talent, legislation, and company culture.

The casino world is unfamiliar territory for many. Yet it’s a sector that runs seven days a week, twenty hours a day, and where finding niche talent is a constant challenge. Add to that a landscape of complex and ever-changing regulations, and you’ve got a particularly demanding HR environment.
Casino Director Thomas Van Cromphout guided the group through the daily operations of the casino. While gaming tables are the same everywhere, the difference lies in the experience. And at Napoleon, that experience is all about hospitality. How do you create an exceptional atmosphere for your customers while building a motivating workplace for your team?
