Mentor Live has received a great recognition. Neccton’s AI product, which Napoleon also uses to optimise Responsible Gaming and player protection, has been voted Best Player Protection Product or System for the second year in a row. It received that award at The European Casino Awards 2023.

This award for Neccton was presented by a panel of international casino experts, who were convinced by the live applications of the product that wows with Artificial Intelligence. Napoleon can only agree how it also plays a key role for our innovative company in the Responsible Gaming approach and Duty of Care for our players. Neccton provides the intelligent software to monitor player behaviour and take preventive action when risky behaviour may develop. Napoleon is a proud partner of Neccton.
