Peter Thijs: “The nomination was the award”

Tuesday the Award for ICT coach of the Year was presented by recruitment agency Amon. Napoleon’s CTO Peter Thijs was one of the six nominees, selected from 80 candidates. The jury praised Peter and the other nominees for their groundbreaking leadership styles and handed the award to Jan Hollez from Deliverect.

Peter Thijs: “Of course I wanted to win, but the other contestants were very strong. It was great to just be nominated, especially since you can’t get to this point without the support of your colleagues. They have an important voice in this election. The nomination was the award.”
